As Managing Partner for CCM Consultancy, Edward Matti’s responsibilities put him in front of clients from all industries and with wide-spanning challenges. From effective talent management strategies to the design of complex progression models set to instill behavioral change, his team consults on end-to-end solutions for their clients. CCM Consultancy focuses on aiding clients in building branded customer experiences, culture shifts and capability building.

Edward is an experienced leader with 20 years of leadership experience in Human Resource Development, Sales and Financial Services, where he has proven his ability to manage, motivate and influence others through strong and effective communication skills and a commitment to realizing individual and team success.

Prior to moving to Dubai to head up CCM Consultancy, Edward lived in Toronto and was Regional Director for Canada’s largest financial planning firm. He spent 14 years working with his team of over 90 consultants and support staff (having built this from a small team of 19 individuals), and received a multitude of awards for exceptional achievements as a Division and Regional Director.

In 2010, Edward moved to Dubai and with his business partner, established CCM Consultancy. What started as humble beginnings with a team of one, has now grown to a well-respected firm with a diverse and multi-cultural team of over 30 Consultants, Associates, Coordinators, Coaches and Specialists. In 2016, Edward expanded the operation and opened offices in Montreal, Toronto and New York, with Dubai serving as Headquarters. Edward and CCM Consultancy have been recognized at the global level, having won several awards for their work and results.

Edward currently delivers keynote speeches focusing on leadership essentials, employee engagement, sales excellence and memorable customer experiences. He has also personally delivered over 1000 workshops, spoken at several conferences/events in Europe, the USA, East Asia and the Middle East, and co-designed several complex (and engaging) culture shift initiatives and academies. Edward has assisted clients from industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Aviation, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Hospitality, Oil & Gas, FMCG and Financial Services.

An accomplished public speaker and TV commentator in Canada (for the national news station CP-24), Edward still meets with clients to consult on their issues, develop solutions and deliver riveting interventions. Edward and his team consult with clients on organizational culture transformation, people development and customer-centric experiences with a keen focus on measuring results that yield a return on investment.
